I hope to get it quilted this week and then I can take it with me when we go to Rich's parents next Sunday and do the binding in the car. I get carsick if I read so this may be a good thing to take!
Tonight, some blog reading and on to my next book, which is probably going to be "We Need To Talk About Kevin". I have to read it for one of my sidebar challenges and might as well while I have it from the library. Next Monday is book club so I also have to read "Revolutionary Road" by then.
Rich is at a baseball meeting, they are lining up their teams for next year. We don't know if we are going to have a team and he may or may not coach. He says this every year, but he always coaches and we always in the end have enough for a team. So we shall see.
All the snow in the area is just about gone. Its mostly where it was pushed up when we plowed and it was warm this weekend (in the 40's). Now if only the grass would turn green and we wouldn't get any more snow!
Have a good night and stay warm!

I really like your tote bag, I love black and white and the different fabrics it comes in. You have been busy!
I love all the projects you have on the go. I really like the bag you made. I wish I could make bags like that. I have a bit of a fetish when it comes to purses, so maybe it is a good thing I can't make them...lol.
I am not sure how I stumbled on to your blog but I love what you are doing. I am in the Book Award challenge too and was hoping to read We Need to Talk About Kevin. Work has been crazy busy lately so my reading time has been limited. I know that this will settle down and both reading and quilting will find their way back into my life. Be back soon to visit your blog.
You really have been busy! First off, I just love Lonesome Dove! It is one of my all time favorites!
I love your bag that you made! I love bags of any kind. Hey, I have several of the Lazy Girl designs for bag and purses...if you want them I can email them to you, just send me a quick email and let me know if you want them. They are super fast and pretty!
Love you SBS blocks! you are really getting alot of them done!

Your quilt blocks look great! Isn't it so nice to see the ground again, even if it is brown and muddy! Have a great week! :0)
Nice bag! and your blocks are great!
Cheers,
Dionne
Great bag and I love the quilt you basted. The colours look terrific. Isn't it funny that you can sew in the car but not read? I am the same way.
